SGLT2 Inhibitors in Primary Care Practice

The Leicester Diabetes Centre (LDC) has developed a free SGLT2 inhibitors programme for healthcare professionals

Collaborating with Primary Care Diabetes Europe (PCDE), the LDC has created a free educational resource for healthcare professionals in primary care focussing on SGLT2 inhibitors. Self register for the SGLT2i programme here.

Consisting of four digital resources specifically designed to support healthcare professionals via a range of interactive methods that draw on a wealth of experience from leading experts including; Professor Sam Seidu, Professor Ana Cebrián, Dr Clare Hambling and Professor Baruch Itzhak.

The SGLT2 inhibitors programme underpins good prescribing practice, allows a flexible approach to learning and is readily available to complete at the users convenience.

The four digital themes are:

  • Diabetes, renal and cardiovascular aspects

  • Diabetes and cardiovascular disease

  • Round table discussion
