Leading experts from the Leicester Diabetes Centre named lectures at Diabetes UK Professional Conference 2022

We are honoured Professor Kamlesh Khunti University of Leicester, Professor of Primary Care Diabetes and Vascular Medicine, Co-Director of Leicester Diabetes Centre and Professor Pratik Choudhary, Leicester Diabetes Centre, Professor/Honorary Consultant in Diabetes from the Leicester Diabetes Centre are named lecture award winners for the Diabetes UK Professional Conference in 2022.

The keynote lectures are an exclusive insight into the latest research and understanding about diabetes treatment and care, forming an integral component of the Diabetes UK Professional Conference programme and recognising the lecturer's outstanding contribution to the field. 

Professor Kamlesh Khunti said: “I am hugely honoured and delighted to be awarded the named lecture at this year’s Diabetes UK professional conference. It will be an honour to share insightful research regarding diabetes in ethnic minority groups.”

Professor Pratik Choudhary added: “To be awarded a named lecture at DUK in 2022 is a wonderful accolade.
