Panna Mandalia

Education and Research Facilitator 

Panna has worked in diabetes research for about 15 years in various different capacities; as a research assistant helping with clinics, a project manager working on large scale studies and now as an Education and Research facilitator. 

Panna’s skillset, which has been built up and developed throughout her career, greatly supports her in the IMPACT team.

With experience in developing and delivering structured education programmes and training. Panna enjoys working collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues from all over the UK, from patients to health care professionals. Working to project schedules, quality assuring and carrying out intervention fidelity.

Panna has a keen interest in adapting and or developing education programmes to meet the needs of different groups of people i.e. ethnic minority populations, people with intellectual disabilities, severe mental illness.

She thoroughly enjoys delivering education and training to various groups of people from all walks of life.
